 Cricket in Indian region is not just referred as a sport but it has a sense of national identity. Behind the rise of Indian cricket its not about just the raw talent but its also because of the powerhouse Indian cricket has which is their board BCCI .

The rise of Indian cricket started very low as underdogs but major wins like 1983 world cup and the winning of First ever T20 world cup in 2007 changed everything for cricket in India . Stars like Sachin , Dhoni , Kapil Dev , Virat turned cricket into an obsession for citizens.

The BCCI manages the domestic cricket , team selections and the international fixtures for the Indian team and the wonder of India its very own Indian Premier League. Bcci is the most influential and powerful board in cricket across the globe .

Role of our Indian Premier League is very crucial and vital in shaping out perspective towards cricket it was launched in 2008 where it offers a modernisation to the world of cricket and gives a great business mixed with sport.

Team India today looks very lethal it has world class bowlers like Bumrah and wonderful batsman like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma . Indian team is no more an underdog but a threat to look out for in every format.

The challenges which we need to carter ahead are our consistency in winning an ICC tournaments , managing players workload and injuries but with BCCI resources and talent which they get we can easily overcome these challenges.

In the end I would like to say India’s cricketing journey is very inspiring and with BCCI steering the ship and players raising the standards India remains a cricketing Superpower.

 Cricket might seem a bit confusing at first but once you gain proper knowledge and understanding on its a fun sport to watch it has drama emotions everything.  BASICS :- There are two teams of 11 players each . One team bats and the other team bowls. Then basic aim for each team is to score more runs than the opposition.
